The two day magical tour was fantastic. We did not have to worry about anything

The staff from the front desk to the food and bever outlets were wonderful. They tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The toiletries were not up to par. They were already partially used in our room upon arrival.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff.

Great location and within walking distance from Pub Street. Wonderful staff, great food, spacious room and comfortable beds.

They had water issues a few times and no hot water a few days. Electricity went off a few times. Pool has no direct sunlight.

Loved my stay at the Golden Temple Retreat. A little oasis in the big village of Seim Reap!

The layout and environment were beautiful and it was a great place to spend time. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying there.

I had no issues or anything I didn't like at this hotel.

Perfect weekend in Siem Reap

The location of the hotel is amazing with pub street just 7mim away (by foot). The massages are great value for money and unbelievably relaxing. The entire team, especially March, went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Beautiful detail: They pack you a breakfast box and tea/coffee if you plan any tours because of which you would miss breakfast.

We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was much larger and more stylish then we were expecting. The arrival drinks and snacks tasted lovely, whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful such as waiting with hand towels whenever we returned from that day's tour. Breakfast had a good variety to chose from and the pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day.
