Good location, great property

Clean property with very helpful staff. Rooms were very well maintained and looked great. Very well located for some of the main sights in the city, with plenty of restaurants etc nearby.

They arranged our pick up and return to the airport for us.

Arrived after 8 pm and couldn't even get a pot of tea! We are older women, and not up with the internet and were told to download an app to order on line! There is only green tea in the rooms which we don't drink.

I highly recommend the place to stay. I would like to commend Ms Linh and company for the exceptional service.

I love the place. It's comfy and relaxing. It's convenient. It's near the convenience stores , bus stations , coffee shops and restaurants. The members of the staff are accommodating especially Ms. Linh. She's helpful and approachable.

Excellent location close to beautiful lake/ train street / old town and markets. The breakfast (and the breakfast staff) were amazing

The windows were internal on our rooms. But we didnt spend much time indoors in daylight hours so not really a worry

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, and loved the rooftop pool.

My room was beautiful! The staff were lovely, the room very clean and in an excellent location. I'd definitely book there again.

The breakfast was fine but I have had better in other hotels in Hanoi.
