1. it has a nice balcony with a decent view of the Phewa Lake. 2. the staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful.

1. an elevator would've been nice. 2. it was also difficult to find the hotel from the map, maybe a bigger signboard can help.

Superb

Worth the money. Very friendly staff.

The location of the property is very good as it is very near to the lakeside. The hotel staff was very professional, humble, friendly and helpful. They helped us in extending our booking and arranging personal party for us.

You would have to wait sometime to get hot water in the bathroom. Though this was an issue in most of the hotels in Nepal.

Friendly staff, always available. The location is good if you want to have access to the lake, but you listen to the music from the bars until late in the night.

No hot water in the night. Not very clean. The rooms and balconies are not like the pictures.You have lake view only from the 4th floor, but that balcony is not nice.
