Very good

The staff was great! I had an issue with the air conditioning and they went up and fixed it straight away. The hotel was located in a great place for me personally, close to the city centre and to the office.

The breakfast wasn't great for me personally. It offered different things but I wished it had some great bread with more choices on what to put on the bread. I felt a bit uninspired. It also seemed like the towels were washed every day which is unnecessary and bad for the environment.

Not an honest establishment!

Basic hotel, small and obsolete rooms, reasonable breakfast.

I was double charged by them for the Texas do I pay the taxes through booking they have forced me to pay a second time. I'm afraid that this hotel has very dishonest practice and it seems I'm not the only one that was victim to their unethical behavior.
