Unfriendly staff, old furniture, unsafe looking location as wierd looking people drinking outside on the other side of the road, window curtains do not cover the window.

All I can say is that refund me my amount if possible.

There were only 2 staff. The one who handled both room service and reception desk and the second one was for room cleaning if asked to do he was doing, that too in a rude behaviour. Every time both the two were interested in how to get money from the guests at any cost. Also the package the sell from the reception desk was unknown to them only.

Every time they both were into collect money from the guest at any cost. No backup for electricity, AC was not working from the first day, however we managed and asked them to change the room if possible, they in a rude behaviour said, "koi room change nhi hoga, dusra room nhi hai", then we have to managed as per the situation but the last day when we requested them that we can checkout our rooms by 1:00 pm they were like, "aisa nahi chalega, aapko firr poora din ka Paisa dena hoga, and all rubbish was said by both the persons". I hereby say that it was a waste of my money and time too.

Entrance was very dirty and a smell of sewage Room smelt of damp The advertisement promised a lot of things like a view, toilet paper, kettle, hairdryer etc which were not there. They only came when I complained. The Re was no view at all. The room had no windows irva balcony for a view.

Very dirty, stinky and poorly maintained hygiene and rooms accessories.

Beach access

The entire property was quite dirty and stinky. There were no mirrors in the bathroom for shaving. Taps were loose, kitchen had no knives. cutlery and plates. there are no toilets for guests to refresh while waiting for the rooms to be allocated. Fridge had no ice trays. TV was quite small as compared to the dimensions of the room.

Best place for the Goa vacation.

Best property in Goa and also reception person RIHAN is very polite and helpful person. He was a good guy and he was so nice. I recommend one you visit the site. Please ask her for all type of activities & any help. This person has been working very hard. I love this property location and staff behaviour. We visit again soon.
