Disappointing

Close to public transport, MRT and BTS.

The advert didn't make it clear it was a bed in an 8 people sharing room. They called it "capsule". On booking website, all the 10 or 15 first pictures dont show any dormitory. I rented and pay for the place but had to find another place 2 days later as I needed a quiet place to work. The staff was really friendly and the place is really clean but it wasn't what I expected.

Excellent

Everything is as per my expectation as I stayed there before. What stands out is the helpfulness of the staff particularly when I checked in almost midnight. The attending staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous.

The quests get 1 bottle of water. I suggest providing more drinking water or perhaps have a water dispensing machine with hot and cold water.
