It was okay for us to stay there!

After long flight and traveled with car to the hotel.We were tired and arrived to the hotel around at 4pm but the room was still not available even we was tried to called them in advance in 2hrs after 2pm. And they just said sorry and offered us a simple drinks to appologize which like a free welcome drinks when u do check in. It was not really truly appologize!

The rooftop with the little cocktails and food truck, was top.

Great hotel, clean excellent 4* staying in Pattaya

Like again, the Glow in my opinion is the best by value to price, very good and clean rooms, room with two big beds, nice bathroom, pool and gym area. It was my 3rd staying in Glow but definitely not last!

Staff should sent message or something that hotel policy changed and they take 1000 THB deposit

Good pool , first thing in morning very quiet.

Pool could do with a bit more shade, we all love the sun but a few sun shades would not go a miss.Building A not aloud to smoke or vape on balcony. When pool does get busy seeing guests in there with drinks is a bit strange.

Nothing good

One of the worst hotel stays Every thing was a let down right from check in. Rooms not ready until 14:30 PM When asked they answer rude. Poor attitude towards Indians. Towels provided are torn. Food options very poor.
