Wouldnt stay again

Location was quite good

It had a bad smell and the room was so cold it felt damp. The carpet in the room felt a bit mingin and the bathroom could do with updating

Does what it says on the tin! A warm, dry place to stay and friendly staff on hand to help out.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they allowed us to store our luggage after check out which was such a help and really made our day! The property was really well located for where we needed to be in Glasgow. We found the room to be warm and the beds comfortable.

Very convenient place to stay in Glasgow!

The location was an excellent. The breakfast was fine with a tea & coffee option with milk and sugar available which u do yourself with an electric kettle.

In general I liked it very much ! U r given your own key for front door and room so u feel at home... The people in charge of the house are friendly and helpful ! Yes I will go back there...

Good simple accommodation in a good location in Glasgow's west end.

The location is convenient for all west end amenities. The room was simple and warm and comfortable. I was met by a polite and helpful proprietor. It met my needs well, for my short stay. I would be happy to use this place in future.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Good location and friendly lady who reacted immediately to our critiques. Rooms have indeed all the equipment mentioned. Yet the rooms are so bad that you dont want to spend more time than necessary inside, so you will see much more of the great city of Glasgow than if you were in a nice flat.

The pictures used for advertising the rooms are not fake, but they dont show all. One room was in the basement. The other room was in such a bad condition that we changed it (luckily this was possible). Check the mattress before lying down, ours were all more or less stained. Check the ceilings before you accept the room, each ceiling shows water damage and the obviously later build-in bathrooms showed black mushrooms. Bathroom has no space for leaving your stuff. In total too expensive for what you get. We payed about 100 Euro/Person/Night which is in my opinion 100% overpriced - if they offered the rooms for half the amount I would not have chosen it due to low standard expectation level.
