Superb

A bit difficult to drive up, but location wise was good. The beach is across the street. Nice cafe near the hotel, staff was helpful also. Nice room and spacious.

Very clean and well equipped rooms, whole hotel was really nice and tidy. Staff and the manager more than friendly and helpfull. Close to the Beach and working fast wifi!

This was our best hotel in Sri Lanka. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Roman, the hotel owner, was very friendly and helpful. The service was very nice. the breakfasts served by the hotel were delicious. I heartily recommend it.

Disappointing

Super basic. Overpriced.

Close to the beach. But so is the everything in Mirissa

You had to pay cash. The price was presented in USD not rupees but you had to pay rupees. I felt like we were getting ripped off. Breakfast wasnt offered. No one cleaned our room. Everything was so basic and it didnt feel safe. Dogs on the property barked so much in the night.

Upper courtyard area of hotel was immaculate but lower area where my room was urgently needed a basic clean. Ashtrays for example not emptied during my entire stay....

A great place to stay in Mirissa, super close to the beach! Very good hosts.

Very clean and spacious bedroom. Staff were very friendly and bought us a complimentary milkshake & cake. 2 mins from the beach.

Great stay, super good locatio

Travelled as a group of friends, it was amazing stay, super comfy beds, clean, big rooms. We took the option with breakky and it was amazing, lots of fruits, smoothie, eggs, bread and you can choose between tea and coffee. The owner and the staff are amazingz super helpful to tell you what you can do and where, are honest with the trips (e.g. they do not recommend whale watching if past weeks there has been no whale seen) Overall 10/10, would recommend and stay here again.
