Exceptional

A good stay for a city break

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved how close it was to the Milan central station (quite literally opposite the road!). Hotel overall was very clean and tidy and the rooms were immaculate!

It would be good to have a kettle and possibly water bottles as an amenity.

Nice location, comfortable room, polite, prompt, and responsive staff

Polite, prompt and responsive staff Comfortable room with a thermostat and a view of Milano Centrale Free luggage storage (handy when you have several hours between a checkout and a plane) Coffee and pastry at breakfast are great

Broken electronic door lock in the room (luckily, promptly fixed by the staff) Breakfast choices aside from pastry and coffee (those are great) are rather generic for the price

Not as pleasant as expected.

Nearby Milano Centrale.

Not informative front desk. Not friendly. Room is ok , nice view of the Milano Centrale. Request for a kettle took one day to deliver after a reminder is made. No replenishment of coffee & tea the next day until further request is made at the front reception.
