Location is excellent. Higher degree of hygiene. Cleanliness is superb. Food in restaurant is awesome. Very good hospitality.

Your dining is not up to the mark. At the time of check in I was denied no rooms available. But after a long explanation a room was allotted.

Superb

The staff were really courteous and looked after us well. Location was probably the best in Patna and the rooms were pretty clean.

The rooms were very basic for the price they charged and it didn't even include breakfast which was disappointing.

Close to Patna airport and clean with hot shower.

Mostly stayed here because it is close to the Patna airport. I've stayed twice for that reason. First time room was much more spacious and quiet. This time guests in hall noisy. Hot shower bonus.

You have to maintain your cleanliness in restaurant's washroom also. Restaurant's washroom was very dirty.

Wont stay again here

The property was small and the staff was helpful

Everything from the start of the stay. The hotel didnt have people to check in it took long. The corridors were smelling badly of urine. The rooms were stuffy and smelly. After complaining we were shifted to other floors and rooms. It is highly priced for such a disappointing service. Being a taj property its highly disappointing to receive such a poor service and unhygienic rooms.
