Breakfast was good staff is curtusious.

Very small room and very congestion inside , even no place to sit and work. Bathroom even has no hanger and very small wash basin inside room. Overall not happy. Booked it just coz of brand name tata but price over priced and below any basic oto stays.

The lady at the reception could have been more helpful when a guest who is not from Lucknow needs some information. Almost bordering on curtness.

Don't book hotel, they will make you take more rooms as per their choice of price.

The employee was rude and didn't accept our booking. We reached hotel at 12 am night. They said we will not allow your booking because in three rooms we cannot adjust 7 people. And they also said we are not registered at booking.com and we will make your booking . We have to go other hotel. Just for money sake. Don't book hotel online they will change their words. Worst hotel. Don go by looks. Rooms are very small also. You will get better spacious room.

experience too arrogant staff ..... mistakenly my food platter fell on the bes they charged me Rs.2000 saying that It can't be washed due to oil of the food and forcefully took the money
