was there anything to like?

Check in Check out takes almost an hour and more, the staff was non responsive at their best and were not concerned about customer service at all.

There were flies in the room. Drainage in the bathroom was open. AC turned off twice at night. I changed the room but it was again same in that room as well.

I am really disappointed by this branch of GINGER chain.

Nothing was good according to me.

They didn't provided us with any meal even they didn't informed us about the complimentary meal. We got to know about it during checkout. It was located far away from the main city. Lift wasn't also working. Towel, toothpaste, brush etc basic stuffs was not provided to us.
