Nice room but a little dirty

We only stayed one night (in transit for another place). The room was nice and comfortable but could be cleaner - It was a little dusty and had a slightly unpleasant smell Didnt have time to enjoy the facilities (pool etc)

Pool area. The room was spacious and air condition worked well. Welcome water in the room.

Shower was only on the second floor. There was no balcony in the room, and you could not sit outside the room. No towel for showers on the second night

Great location and comfortable stay.

Comfy beds, rooftop pool, great location, good breakfast and outstanding customer service by all.

I had 3rd floor balcony facing the bay with my own patio, and it was lovely until Friday night when the party across the street stayed up til 1. The sound really carries. But I still loved my room.

Disappointing

Cannot recommend, you may get stuck with a bad room and a bad front desk staff

Beautiful building, good location, nice small roof pool with good views, Good breakfast, the place is basically clean and quiet.

The rooms . We reserved a standard room for 125$. It was dark, in a corner, and at street level. We asked if we could get a better one. After 1.5 h they showed us 2 more roomsin that category that were a lot worse . So we accepted the first one . These 3 rooms are nowhere near five stars hotel rooms. We were offered to pay 50$ more for a better room which we declined. Maybe the Dupleix are better. The front desk staff bad attitude at check in, got defensive when we asked for a better room, acting like they were very busy and annoyed. Felt quite uncomfortable. The front desk staff bad attitude at check out. We were denied 1/2h late checkout, so we were going to leave on time at noon. House keeping was standing in front of our door, with the cart, on the phone, at 1140. Then was banging at the door at 1155. The employee at the desk looking at his watch. Check out is noon, so whats up with that? The pushy concierge trying to sell tours while we are still handing passports at check in, an immediate turn off. The large groups of cruise ship passengers swarming the hotel at different times of the day. Didnt really bother us but felt weird.
