Location and the way to resort is not commutable. Food was not at all good.

Waste of Money.

Only Room and Pool is Clean.

1. Location of the Resort: Without Google Map you cant find this Resort. From Bypass to resort No proper Road to reach the resort. 2.We are very hungry while we reach this resort around 2.00 PM. Reception person said Chef is not available (On Emergency) restaurant is closed only for dinner restaurant will open. They Could have been informed this earlier, we would have lunch outside. Finally we ordered food in Swigy 3. Again for Dinner, Chef is not available, we thought why they did not informed us at the time of check In. Again We ordered food in Swigy. Lack of proactiveness by the reception Manager. 4. Play Area (Room) is not clean.. Maintained like store room. 5. No Fan in the Room. 6. Morning Around 9.00 AM. We need to urge for breakfast else it will over. They are not preparing the breakfast according to the number of guest arrived to the resort. We need to wait for the food. Worst part is if Food is available, They prepare gravy insufficient. Breakfast is ok not bad. 7.Rope hammock is not clean full of Ants (insects). 8.They Don't Recharge the DTH TV in room, We need to call and tell them TV is not working.

The check in process took some time. This is indeed a Form House and located in an interior area. If you are travelling as a group then its fine.

The stay is good.

The place is good. The staff are available to deliver all our needs.

The way to the location is not good. Only mud road and difficult to locate. It will be difficult to reach the location if you do not have your own vehicle. It's 5 km away from the central pondicherry. The room was not cleaned during our two day stay.

Not value for money! Very inconvenient!

The Room was clean. The staff was trying to be as helpful as possible. Swimming pool is good size.

Property is quite out of the way. Last km of the approach road is unpaved. There are no nearby restaurants or provisions that can be sourced (need to go by car for at least 5 km). The restaurant facilities at the resort are very basic. The breakfast time was very restrictive (only 1 hour) and couple of times the breakfast was cold. The staff had very poor english and hence communication was difficult. They couldn't give us any help or advice about local facilities. The 'room size' posted on the Bookings.com includes the toilet so the actual room wasn't as big as I had expected. The room facilities were basic. We needed to get our door key card activated everyday. We never got decent TV. The set top boxes provided (reshuffled from different rooms everyday!) had only 3-4 very basic channels. The remote controls had run out batteries. (overall had an experience of a resort run on the cheap with lots of corners cut). The electrical connections in the room were very inconvenient. (e.g. the button for the lamp over the bad was on the wall across the room). No bedside lights.
