Staff were very helpful and polite in nature but room was the main problem in any manner as mentioned above

Location & staff support

Room dimensions , room was messy, many electrical appliances were not worked. It feels that we were staying at godown or somewhere. Room is not a finished product I must say

Beautiful stay at Gateway Beach Resort Kovalam

Room 902 which we stayed for 6 nights. Beautiful view of the sea and Kovalam Beach. Balcony huge, comfortable sitting hall bedroom also huge like the bathroom. Bed very comfortable AC cold and good shower. All the staff were exceptional courteous and helpful with Mr Akhil Manager of House Keeping personally attending to all our needs and making our stay very memorable. TQ Akhil and also to excellent room service orders provided by Stenin. Also very good location of the resort. Breakfast not a wide variety, mostly Indian.

The shower area very slippery be careful. Mention to management good to install non slip rubber mats.

Great place for an awesome family vacation.

Great location, sea waves can be seen and heard from the room itself. Massive bathroom, great air conditioning. Breakfast is great, multiple options available that family enjoyed. Taxi stand next door with good ratea. Very friendly staff, supportive at all times. Will love to visit again.

Check if beaches are open because govt closes beaches without notice and for weeks together.
