The Geneva Group of Houseboats is managed by goons. They misbehaved with the womens in our families. Three or four guy

The Manager - Ahmed is a rude and disgusting person. He bangs on our door, enters, and begins abusing us. He wanted us to go back to bed at 10 p.m. while also finishing our dinner. According to him, we should not relax on our own houseboat because it would bother his caretaker (illogical argument). When we objected, he summoned his goon pal Munnir and threatened us. They misbehaved with the females, telling them to keep quiet. We were asked to leave in the middle of the night. We were three families with three children under the age of three. Can you believe this nonsense.?? 2. The Caretaker- Javed is a crazy guy. He was listening to our conversation from the side wall. His entire argument was based on something he over heard through the wall. He was not even sure what we were discussing still he bought couple of guys to confront us. That was the level of absurdity. 3. The proprietor - I'm not sure why he didn't step in. While he was looking through the CCTV camera. He wasn't even available in the midst of the chaos. I'll try to provide some context on the situation: We had to tweet about it in the middle of the night to Jammu Kashmir police/LG Manoj Sinha and the house boat association out of fear. There was no safety at the boat house; everybody and everyone was coming in and threatening us. As there were, we were forced to tweet. There are no other possibilities for us to reach out in the middle of the water.

very nice owner and the staff. heated ac was a major plus as we went in march winter time.

the view outside the boat is blocked. food was just about ok. do not expect restaurant like food on any houseboat.

Food- if u get free breakfast don't go for that as they give u half slice of bread butter only with tea. Will suggest not to go for food at this place...no taste as well as not in good quantity compared to outside There are many hotels available on road try there...

Amazing stay!

Pricing and cleanliness.

The quilts were very heavy for the person to move.n in triple room the double bed was not exactly double.....but otherwise the person in charge was active and professional.. there were all facilities and it was very clean houseboat.
