Decent place to stay close to metro and airport

Great location near historical neighbourhood in old Dubai, as well as metro station. Close by there are many shops and restaurants

Its a decent place to stay, nothing spectacular or super modern but good one close to transport and airport. The breakfast might be a bit more various (maybe some dried fruits, nuts, cake?) and definitely real coffee (not the instant one) and variety of tea would make it better

The staff have at the hotel are amazing. Very helpful and friendly, always willing to help us. A special shout out to Jyoti for her friendly and helpful manner throughout our stay. Also wanted also mention Nilanka for going above and beyond to accommodating our special request in the room.

The food in the morning was always great, with a variety to choose from.

The location, rooms and staff were wonderful! The room was confortable and the staff were always willing to assist! Great service!

There was a lot of noise from the corridors. We could not sleep as whenever guests came out of the elevator and walked along the corridors rhey spoke loudly and we get up. This happened continuously throught the night and well into the early hours of the morning. Hence we did not have a restful sleep. The hotel should put up signs asking guests to not speak along the corridors and to be considerate to other guests!

It was an ok stay but it was actually 3 star hotel it should be 1 or 2

We didnt eat breakfast at this hotel but we order lunches multiple times, the quality of the food was relatively good. Most of the staff were friendly and were not expecting tip for every single help or assistance

Even though food was relatively good but items on the menu were really limited and quality of food were not consistent. They were not able to accept any customization on the foods order for example we requested every single time for no salt on the food and they would come even saltier than normal Also they mini bar was not cold enough to keep items needed to be refrigerated and we have to give the kitchen our items to be kept for us as their suggestion at the end we learn that the kitchen chef throw them all away without notifying us when we requested to talk to him and asked the reasons he said they were not allowed to keep any thing on refrigerator and also they notify the guys which was us and then throw our stuff away. Then he said oooo we did not know who those stuff belong to, he kept changing his words by any objection we had and no apology at the end. He simply said we replace what we can for you and thats it. One of the items was a rare and expensive type of cheese that he simply throw it away and he didnt even care to properly apologize and helot blaming us to have them our items go kept on the refrigerator.

Great experience... Good location... Nice staff... The room had two beds... Nice washroom... Good elevators... Nice parking... 10 min walking distance to the Sharaff DG Metro station... Vegetarian restaurant Sangeeta is nearby...

The room rates are very high, and no breakfast is provided...

Affordable, Clean and exceptional customer service. Conveniently located near Meena Bazar

This hotel was a hidden gem! Not only was it incredibly affordable, but the place was spotless. The bellboy service was exceptional, with friendly staff like Frank (a gentleman from Kenya, whose name I might be forgetting - apologies!) and Mohammaed Sultan. They were always helpful and proactive, offering smiles and assistance with anything I needed, from finding ATMs to navigating transportation. It's clear management has put excellent training into their staff.
