Disappointing

It was disappointing and overall a bad experience.

The breakfast was absolutely bad. The cleaners prepared breakfast. There was no chef on duty. The food was so bad and unhygienic.

The apartment had a bad odour. The curtains were stained. The utensils (pots) were in such a bad condition. Most of the doors could not be opened.

Very very average

Great location. Comfortable bed.

Bedding was wet when we arrived. Beds were not neatly made up. Room looked uncleaned as if it was simply tidied. Shower and bath soaps were empty. Dirty toilet paper on the windowsill. Pool was a little murky and sandy. Breakfast was average - no real variety or coffee station. Not entirely sure why the place has "boutique" in the name.

The location is in a nice quiet place. The rooms are spacious which is perfect.

1. The rooms were not clean including the bathrooms, we found the bin with trash which means it wasn't taken out from the previous people who used it. 2. Our stay was for 2 nights but the toilet paper was half a roll and no extra one in the room. 3. The pictures on the internet are probably from some years ago because what we saw was not what we got. The tiles are old and had stains, the doors seemed like it's been years not being cleaned. The curtains were dirty as well. 4. There wasn't any extra blanket and the bedding wasn't clean, it had a few stains. There was also only one cut of tea in the room even though there was 2 of us. 5. The breakfast was the biggest turn off, there was no coffee machine where they served breakfast and their juice was only one option which wasn't nice. The food itself was small portions and wasn't buffet style. This place really disappointed me and would not recommend to anyone, definitely wasn't worth the amount I paid.

Better management needed

Comfortable room and bed. Nice garden. Peaceful environment.

Housekeeping wasn't done properly. Curtains, blinds, shower, and shower doors were dirty. Unfriendly staff. Pool unclean, laundry was hung over the outside/pool furniture instead of on a washing line. Front desk left unattended to from time to time.

Poor

Very disappointed and would like a refund !

We requested a late check in which they accommodated , the gentleman on night duty was very pleasant and tried his best to assist us and answer our questions. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are spacious , big bathtub , pool area and garden are well maintained.

Upon arrival we were pleased with the reception and the room , however , in a few minutes it was evident that they was a lot that needed to be done for the place to receive a good rating. One coffee mug which was not in the best condition , no DSTV remote in the room , a coffee machine with no pods , no hairdryer , pressure in the shower was slow and low ( if you washing long hair it is difficult ). Lots of maintenance required - chipped bathtub , dull walls , broken table , etc. but most of all Owen was very unpleasant to deal with. Obviously there was alot we were not happy with and asked to checkout with a refund for the second night , we were denied and checked out anyway. There are mosquito's so we couldn't sleep and hubby was ithcy all night. He believes there might have been bed bugs. Breakfast was also disappointing. Unfortunately even though the place is peaceful and beautiful we would not recommend or return.
