Location.
HVAC system in the rooms needs a complete and total overhaul. A/C did not work well in both of the rooms we were in. Other guests had similar complaints with their heat. We had the exact same issue when we stayed there two years ago.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are amazing. All around a great experience. Will definitely recommend to others travelling to CDMX.
The shower was a little dirty when we checked in.

Great location, safe, staff was very nice.
Shower was a little odd. Shower had a half glass pane, water would leak out the other half as the ground of the shower was even with the rest of the bathroom.
