Disappointing

Hotel spa was totally overcrowded. The hotel rule says there should be 16 people in the spa, but there were 30! Even though I booked the hotel spa in advance, it was overcrowded. And rooms are not very soundproofed.

It was clean and quiet, breakfast was very good.

Water in the pool was not very warm and some parts of the pool were broken Cups in the bathroom were paper cups but wrapped in the plastic. Why? Hotels these days use normal glasses. Also bottled water in the room is not necessary as you are trying to be "green". Parking with the hotel is very confusing as I wasn't sure if we could go underground. And on the street level there were cars parked in very unusual way. Didn't feel right.

Lovely stay in lovely location. Would stay here again.

Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast selection was excellent. Staff very helpful.

Great stay , great service! You can take iUber to go to the city Center for a great price ,you can take the hop on -hop

Facilities and services where great ! The pool , sauna and hamman; perfect ! And the spa massage service was just Amazing and the cost was good.

There was a bad smell coming from the drainpipe of the bathroom of our hotel room . Staff did not replied to the messages that I sent through the booking.com messaging section or through my emails

Nice spacious hotel.

Mini bar was a great feature the cola was cheaper to get from the hotel than the shops. Bed was huge and the bathtub too! The hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel is around 1 mile from the Christmas market easy walk or 3 in a taxi.

Nothing, Im pretty please with the hotel. No complaints.

Location is great, you can walk to the city centre without any problems even in unpleasant weather, because it's so close.

The spa is rather small, there is only one pool and two saunas which were almost always full. Even thought it says the capacity of the spa is limited, the personnel would allow more people to the spa.

Good value

Location is good, about 1.5-2 km from the city center. Nice pool for relaxation. There is also a mall nearby. Very good and diverse breakfast. 2 bottles of water free everyday in the room

Elevators were slow and one of them displayed the wrong floor. Walls are very thin, you can hear all discussions in next door rooms. A bathrobe and slippers should be available in the room for a 4* hotel with a pool.
