Great hotel at a good location close to two shopping centres.

The breakfast is antiquated. Should improve the standard to be the same as other five stars hotels.

The bed is fantastic & love the shower .Amused with the free bar drinks & chocolates .They welcome us with the lovely ice cream.

We went for a drink @ the roof top restaurant (Gravity) .No one attended us till we have to find ourselves & asked for the menu.Our room"s door lock was not functioning well .

Good location near to 2 malls. Nice view from rooms and swimming pool but pool maintenance required as floor tiles worn out badly.

Friendly staffs and doormen who have willingness to help me to carry my heavy luggages.

All staffs were friendly and welcomed me. The location is so good because there is a big shopping mall next to hotel.

The housekeeping man waked me up even though I was in my room during all my stays. In my opinion, the room cleaning starts after customers check out time normally. But the housekeeping man visited me around 10~ 11 a.m. and he knocked the door. Fair enough he does his duty. But i had to wake up due to the his knocking although the time didnt reach the check-out time which the hotel indicates.
