While the restaurant staff & front desk manager were kind to us the housekeeper was rude. The room was good for the

Lower your expectations

Location. Just be aware there might be parties on the beach till 2/2:30am. Bar and restaurant staff nice and attentive, food was also very good.

Your key will be left unsupervised on the reception desk, anyone will have potentially access to your room. This doesn't seem to bother the hotel staff, even of you question safety issues. Dirty sheets, not changed despite reported. Hair in the mug provided with the coffee maker, which also needs deep cleaning. Ants in the bathroom, no action taken despite reported. In the room there is a TV, which is unplugged and requires an adaptor... Hotel staff always hard to find. Despite I informed the staff of early check out, I have been locked in at 6am, as the gate was closed, with no one around. Hotel and restaurant separate management, you can't charge extras to your room bill. Hotel staff totally unable to handle any complaint.

Our best stay in Sri Lanka, really nice hotel great staff really attentive and helpful, location is amazing. we stayed a further night, highly recommend

One of the staff was a bit weird as we had started speaking to some girls that they were interested in, created some bad energy, that was the only downside to a great stay.

Amazing place to stay in Mirissa

We loved our stay here! The price was exceptional and included a wonderful breakfast. It is right on the beach. The room was large, clean and had AC and working hot shower. The staff were very friendly. We had dinner there one night as well and it was very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
