Excellent staff and very peaceful location. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and concierge very helpful. The brunch on Sunday was amazing. Large room which was well appointed with great view of jungle and river

The design, location, and service in exceptional. A true ultra-luxury experience. Location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff were trained well & the rooms were spacious.

Limited food outlets. This property could have more F&B options to accommodate different food requirements

Staff is very caring to their guests.They are always fast to respond with their service quality. Breakfast is very good. The ambiance is very cozy. I enjoyed and felt so relaxed in my every minute.
