wonderful and peaceful

The hotel was so beautiful excellent friendly staff that treats their client very well even for people of colour. I went their with my sisters and my mom and we all enjoyed our stay there. highly recommend! A bit expensive for the food but if you make a budget in advance it should be good!

10/10 and will like to stay at again but not many supermarkets near.

A lot of space and had so many activities to do.

No supermarket near by so getting groceries was hard. There are buses but it is hard to tell when to get off.

Not a bad place, but if you are travelling as a family, the sofa beds in the suites will spoil it

what happened ruined the experience

Reserved this hotel on the 18th of January to the 21st room #1018 - Room service stole money out of my luggage bag second night wasn't sure about it so I didn't complain ($260 USD) - 3rd night I hid the luggage bag bind the sofa and went out for breakfast came back room was clean and bag was near where I left it but not exactly and pull open ($100usd) - Made a complain and heres where it got funnier - Whole 7 days I was in Cancun I was trying to get it solved and everytime I went they had me waiting 40-45 minutes to tell me they haven't figured it out or manager was not in yet? - When management comes they're dressed differently and don't have name tags ( front desk does) - Asking for there names and they don't share it they just said ask the front desk for management - Gave it 2 days until they figure it out and no one reached out until I reached out again - Everytime I called the desk to ask to speak to management they forwarded the call for them to hang up (picture below) - Kept calling back until I reached someone and At the end they tell me YOU DONT HAVE PROFF!? - This is a very unprofessional respond - After going at it with them they claimed to have removed the cleaning fee from the full balance - During checkout they tried to charge me for a little glass bottle of Alchol that they claim I took on the first night ( I don't even drink and for sure know to stay away from the mini bar due to prices) - Took them 30mins to get that approved and removed from my bill
