The service from the staff and amenities were good.

The rooms were nice and its near the shops.

The parking and getting to the lobby plus to the rooms was very confusing and inconvenient. We had to change lifts just to get to the rooms and we had to drag our luggage at the same time which was very tiring and troublesome.

Disappointing

The KL Four Seasons Hotel does not live up to its branding. I would not recommend it.

The proximity to KLCC is a plus - however its very crowded My suite is spacious and the view is pretty. The bathroom and guest powder room - By TOTO :)

The building is confusing numbered 6a/b 7a/b and requires guests to change lifts to get to the rooms. It is confusing. Unimpressive and underwhelming architecture and design if one compares with the other Four Seasons Hotel around the world. Zero aesthetic appeal and not deserving of the brand name (Four Seasons). My suite had a side table completely made of brass and it has knife sharp corners that can actually seriously cut and injure people. Terrible choice of furniture. Sofas , chairs , headboard very drab.

It's unbelievable that this is the Four Seasons Hotel.

The room is quite large.

The hygiene was not cleaned. As soon as I moved in, I saw the sticky floor of the bathroom. There was a pool of unknown liquid that had been dried out, and there was also a lot of dust on the wall lamp. At the same time, the deposit has been deducted for two days and has not been refunded. I am very dissatisfied with this stay.
