Superb

Great stay!

We stayed for a week for new years and it was wonderful! The room was spacious and the AC was working perfectly. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. It really felt like I was staying on an island! I loved that the hotel was 20 mins (by walking) away from central patong/bangla road. During this time, there were thousands of people visiting Patong Beach and it was nice not to be in the central. Loved the lobby was outdoors too. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the food at the hotel was great. The lagoon pool was our favorite! I also loved the deck pool overlooking the beach. We really enjoyed the fact that you can just cross right over to the beach with very easy access. Multiple restaurants, pharmacies, shops, nearby within walking distance. I loved that housekeeping would always put extra toilet paper and that they were always cleaning the rooms up and early. Staff were very welcoming and exceptional. Loved the 10/10 thai hospitality. We will be back again! :)

Location, cleanliness, and staffs

Clean and well maintained. Food was amazing. I unfortunately I lost my bag that had everything like passport and wallet etc. but the huge luck and the help of great field staffs who kept it and saved me a lot. The experience while we stay was just a superb.

Modern style unlike villa type. Which is also a good sense of being blend together with scenic of ocean in Phuket.

Great location. Comfortable facilities. Amazing food and friendly staff.

The location is amazing- right on the beach and the quiet side of Patong. The rooms and facilities at the hotel and so comfortable and enjoyable. The quality of food is superb and worth every cent. The Thai staff and just so lovely.

I didnt like that we were send part of an our bill under 24 hours before we left. I think it could have waited. Also we didnt know you could not eat any other food other than hotel food by the pool and was told off by the manager- I think saying it in front of everyone was distasteful.
