It was a lovely experience for the both of us

Room was spacious, and the decor was beautiful, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Near to downtown (few mins walk) Reykjavk but not too close, so its away from the crowds. Quiet and nice!

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent breakfast and lobby bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient location. Good sized room with an open view.

-extensive breakfast that is regularly replenished -kind and helpful staff -clean and warm rooms -very stable quality , since I stay there at least 3 times a year and I have tried other hotels...

-when alone, insist on choosing your own spot in the breafast room, otherwise you end up somewhere between two plants...

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The beer garden downstairs is also fun!

The hotel got very crowded with large tour groups. The breakfast line was often a 15-20 minute wait

Busy hotel efficiently run with nice rooms

Nice room that was clean and modern. Breakfast was abundant.

Quite crowded and busy when we visited in late Sept. and early Oct. 2023. Location was not in the downtown area, so a $20 taxi was needed to get there.

Very good

Breakfast is expensive but excellent and a great way to start your day. Staff member who checked us in was fantastic. Beer garden bar in hotel really good too. Location excellent too.
