Everything was great with the accommodation. Rich and delicious breakfast, nice, clean room, sauna with a view

I liked everything, but it would be nice to have body milk. That is mine only suggestion.

Good hotel for a honeymoon

Location, room setup were awesome. some staff were friends, rest are robotic.

No parking, had to park far away and walk to the hotel.

manager is a lier with lunch box

the location in the forest, the lights on the street, close to airport, the breakfast, look of the hotel

stuff manager tricked us, we pay for two days of breakfast but in the second day airplane change, and we needed money back for no breakfast, where we still didn't pay, he told us we need to pay full and he will make for us a lunch box and he start to pretend that he care about what we want to eat and write down what we want to have, we write down milk coffee eggs meat vegatable and cakes and then we pay for two people breakfast lunch box 120 pln but what we receive was rubbish, nothing of what we asked for it contains two very small bad made uneatable sandwiches with very bad tast salt with chocolate bar and a small bottle of water and two apple. that was like stealing money, what we have if i will make this food by myself it will not cost me 15 pln nevertheless the bad quality and the lie of the manager, unrecomanded at all zero star

Stunning views and rooms- great location near the airport.

The rooms were stunning, food was beautiful and the receptionist was so accommodating, our flight got cancelled last minute in Krakow airport and we booked here. So glad we did.
