Best one in town

The hotel is located at the heart of the city and is a great place to stay. The manager and staff are very hospitable and they will take care of all your needs. I checked in at very odd hours however the guy at the front desk helped us to check in smoothly and was very supportive. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kathmandu.

The hotel doesn't have parking but they would definitely support you with securing a space in nearby Parkings

Well located in the Thamel district. The dormitory is on the last floor with a sitting area nearby. The room was peaceful, clean and comfortable while the staff was always gentle and helpful.

The bed is excellent. Washroom facilities need improvements.

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a bed light and a power socket at convenient location. I have no complaints regarding the bed, it was perfect.

There was no elevator in the facility. No sandals for the washroom or toilet. The toilet flush was very weak. The water stream in the shower was poor. The USD rate was 131 but they charged 134. On top of that, they charged 4% extra for government transaction tax even though booking.com said that the fare had all taxes and charges included.

Perfect stay in Katmandu

Comfortable accommodation in a great location. Rooms are everything you need. Lovely hotel staff that are very helpful. Thank you Santoneo. Great restaurant next door (avocado cafe).
