A great place to stay if you're looking for a basic bed and bathroom.

Convenient location to Tel Aviv central bus station. Comfortable bed, clean room, clean ensuite. A great place to stay if you're looking for a basic bed and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff, great location in a funky area of Tel Aviv, clean and modern, really comfy mattress. But don't expect anything too flash. No in-room tea and coffee, no hairdryer, no iron, no fridge, you get the picture.

No extras - no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No fridge. Nothing except the bed and bathroom.

Good location but creepy unpleasant decor

We spent here only one night. (Would not stay a minute longer because of the room and general ambience - details below) - The location in the heart of Florentin is great and convenient for going out in the evening. - The room was surprisingly quiet despite the fact we were there on a Friday night. - The hotel provides a voucher for the coffee shop across the street worth approx 30 ILS, for a sandwich and coffee in the morning (without any need to book the room with an extra charge for breakfast). It's a nice gesture. -The bathroom was bright white, clean, well lit.

Despite the fact Israel is a very militaristic country - the idea to design a guesthouse/hotel that has the ambience of a military bunker or army baraccs is pretty creepy and unpleasant (to say the least). The first thing you meet is a facade that looks like it was designed for shooting through the cracks of it. Not inviting and hard to find the entrance door. Then you walk into a poorly lit building with **All** walls and ceilings painted army green (khaki), including in the rooms themselves (and the ceiling!). Some army artifact was hanging on the wall on the ground floor so it is not our imagination - this IS the design concept. No doubt. The room was also very poorly lit, the lamps also bunker style, not enough of them and a couple in the room did not work at all. One broken and another burned out. It was generally really unpleasant (especially if you are Israeli that have plenty of this decore in their army life) but also for any tourist that just wants a pleasant place to sleep. No touch of colour or brightness(except in the white bathroom) It leaves you wondering what was going on in the @#$& mind of the designers and owners who chose this. - The bed mattress was not very comfortable - There is a building nextdoor but no curtain on the window. Only an electric shade that can either be shut /partially open/ altogether open. Makes the room even during daylight hours very dark and unpleasant to stay in if you want fresh air but don't want to see the neighbors (in addition to the depressing army colour of the walls and ceiling)

Great stay in Tel Aviv

Room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast voucher for the cafe opposite was a really nice touch, and allowed you to get a drink and a pastry or sandwich each morning. Great location a short walk to the beach, Jaffa and markets. Staff really lovely and so helpful.

Quite expensive for a simple double room but Tel Aviv accommodation in general is costly so it seemed proportionate.

The location is in the old town, only about 18 minutes' walk from Jaffa's old town and the beach, and only two stops by bus. The gardens and harbor of Old Jaffa are great places to watch the sunset. The hotel is located on a bar street with many cafes. The advantage is that it is very convenient to eat, but it also has a disadvantage.The hotel provides free sandwich breakfast (light meal) in the cafe opposite. Of course, if you prefer English or American breakfast, you can purchase it separately.

Because the hotel is located on a bar street with many cafes, it is a bit noisy at night, which may be a problem if you have trouble sleeping.

Great place! Friendly people, free breakfast at a restaurant across the street, and a great location. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need and are very clean. Daily housekeeping as well!

A wonderful & peaceful stay in a vibrant Tel aviv neighbourhood

Absolutely everything! The location, the friendly staff, the room, the facilities. This hotel is in the most vibrant neighbourhood of Tel Aviv with so many cute bars, restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room has everything you need - it's spacious and comfortable. Plus, they have a nice rooftop kitchen with free tea, coffee, filtered water.

I loved everything!
