Great Location, staff & service could be better to justify the 5 stars

Location is fantastic & its a great hotel if you want to party the nights away & people watch. Good pool & great beach access.

Staff were mediocre, long queue to check in & check out, overflow. breakfast into the Residence which is significantly sub par vs the main hotel offering.
