Poor service

Five Falls Resort setting and view is good but there is a lot of inconvenience, communication problem, lack of helping tendency among staff etc. If the customers have some inconvenient situation they are not ready to help them and their way of communication with customers is not good and acceptable. Some kind of careless activity is seen among the working staff. On the whole the experience in Five Falls Resort is very poor and unhappy with the approach of staff.

We will not stay there again

The rooms were good.

No proper restaurant. We never had breakfast there as it is served only after 8.30 am which is too late. Also there is only 1 person in the kitchen and there is no proper menu etc. Housekeeping was also poor. Out of 3 days they cleaned the room for only the first day, second day there was no change of bedsheets and towels and upon strong request only they changed on the 3rd day

Very Bad experience

Place has not been maintained properly, no proper service, No intercom, No proper water facility, there is no room service, no breakfast, No kitchen actually. I am actually experience this worst service from a property which i have booked through booking. com. I sincerely don't recommend this place to anyone in the future we had a very much bad experience over here.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STAY.

There was nothing much to like in the property. Only the view of the mountains from the room was likable.

Everything. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they didn't accept Booking dot com's confirmation. The breakfast was bad. No Corona Protocols were followed. The staff did not wear masks. Not even coffee was available. The Breakfast was served cold. The bathroom sink was leaking from the bottom. The surroundings are unclean. One of the worst stays. Highly recommend Booking dot Com audit these hotels. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.
