Disappointing

I liked the fact that its close to the beach.

The kitchen drawers were dirty inside, and we kept receiving so many calls from the hotel staff that we should come to floor 4 to collect the vouchers as a gift only to find out that its a lie. The staff was taking time to get to everything we requested. I didnt like the bed it was too small for two people as well.

Great location, friendly staff, could do with some upgrading.

The location is excellent with wonderful views of the beach, the ocean and the coastline up to Umhlanga and beyond. Secure parking and friendly staff.

The furniture is dated and not well maintained. The carpet was stained and there were cigarette burns in the upholstery of the sofa. The overall maintenance of the facilities needs to be critically looked at by the establishment. Breakfast was included at R120 and when the buffet was available there were no additional charges levied. When the buffest was unavailable there was an extra charge of R4.00 levied for my coffee! I thought this very bad customer relations and has. metaphorically speaking, left a bad taste in my mouth. This was my 2nd stay there and as a result of this charge I won't stay there again.

Very pleasant, enjoyed our stay and we will in future use the same accommodation.,

The location, the sea view as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. I really appreciate the effort of the reception lady named Nokwazi/Nolwazi we spoke to on the Sunday around 16h00, when we checked in. She went out of her way to accommodate us when we indicated that we were not happy with the size of our initial room. She went out of her and secured an apartment which was more of our own home as the booking was for 6 days. Myself and my wife, we say thank to her, she must keep up the good work.
