Not good

Will not stay here again. The noise was unacceptable! Called reception to get the problem resolved, I was told that it was an adjacent apartment & that they could not do anything.. why would you rent a room when you know there is an apartment in which they had no control. I had to leave at 3 a.m. for my flight, needless to say I did not sleep at all. Will not stay there again

Excellent service

Staff at front desk very kind and friendly. We arrived at 12pm they took care of our luggages and notified us immediately when room ready at 1:30pm for early check in. After check out, we spend 3 hours visiting nearby places while they provided storage for all our luggages and also help call taxi for us to the airport!!!!

Centrally located.. minutes walking distance to duomo and all important attractions. The staff is incredible especially the front desk manager Mr. Giacomo is amazing!! The breakfast is great too and the staff is incredibly pleasant. I wouldnt mind staying again.

Overall very happy, but the Hotel need to upgrade the Breakfast selection, hotel standards 5 star

We got a free room upgrade, rooms is Big and 5 star standard that was awesomeness! breakfast was not up to standard, 2 star quality and very poor, The staff was excellent, friendly and always ready to assist and amazing, rooms service amazing

Breakfast horrible 2 star food, however I like the Cappuccino!
