Charming and lush gardens with great views on the river for a hotel that would really benefit from renovations

Beautiful grounds for a hotel that deserves renovation in rooms and common areas

Breakfast is not high quality, products are cheap. Wifi is unstable throughout the hotel. Bathrooms in rooms need serious upgrade

Swimming pool looks great. Resort location is nice and shady. Staffs are all helpful and friendly.

Not many choices of breakfast but reasonable for price. Insects come out of nowhere to the bathroom on the last day of stay but not too disturbing.

Good facilities. Nice resort by the river. Good restaurant opposite the river bank is just a 10 minutes walk across the railway bridge.

Exceptional

It was perfect

Everything about this resort was exceptional during our 3 day stay.The staff were so pleasant and accommodating, possibly the best so far in the last two weeks of travelling. The pool was amazing and the grounds were beautiful and kept in pristine conditions and within walking distance to the River Kwai bridge. I would definitely recommend!!

Nice pool

Very old outdated rooms, looked like being back in a hotel of the seventies of the previous era. It needs a complete renovation. The resort is on the other side of the river so if you have no car it is hard to get on the other side where all is happening and where the restaurants are

Very very disappointing

Room size for a suit was great ,but very comfortable bed.

We have a suits , no tea or coffee making facilities in the room Room clean only on second night as requested , but left us without towel's Remove your second key , without asking And when we asking for a jug took over an hour to provide after offending my partner No tissues in suits , no cuterly, no coffee or tea ,

Unbeatable location. Great value for money.

Outstanding value for money. Had the feel of a luxury hotel. You can see the bridge from the hotel gardens and you can walk across it using a shortcut about 200 metres from the lobby. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Quiet location almost idyllic

Looks very tired. Everything could do with some attention. Flakey paint dirty Sun-loungers mouldy shower curtains shower head needed replacing that kind of thing. Breakfast was okay but not outstanding. If these minor points were addressed Id give 5 stars but considering the price I paid Id rather things stayed as they are quite frankly!
