FRAUD STAFF beware!!!

Beware!!!! This Hotels reception staff is a FRAUD. At the time of check in staff asked my phone to see Confirmation no. I showed him that on my phone on that he took my cell for some time. Later after a day I found out that the receptionist posted a fake review on booking.com on my behalf. This is so wrong and spoiled my mood. Highly unprofessional and speaks about the integrity of the hotel staff. They also said that they can provide room upgrade but put a condition to give five stars on trip advisor. Everything takes a backseat in front of such unethical and unprofessional behavior

Brilliants Location

Fabulous property in kumbhalgarh. Had the best time staying here. Everything in the resort was amazing including the food, the service, the pool, the rooms and especially the view. Would most definitely recommend for a stay in Kumbalgarh.

A Relaxation aasis at the top of mountain

Lovely property, the room are well maintained and upgrade my room . very nice clean place - nearest to fort - homely atmosphere with great staff. Comfort to stay 02 days and more days , testy break fast and dinner and restaurant serves to excellent. The room was also very good with a heater facility available for winter season.well equipped with all necessary toiletries , hairdryer , tv , fridge. Also would like to give standing ovation to staff at the property which was very helpful and pleasant. Overall I would rate this trip as one of best.

Staff very helpful and friendly , you will be welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by all the staff .A big thank you for this wonderful stay.
