A glimpse of paradise

This place is a piece of paradise, a place on a remote motu where you arrive with a boat, just to enjoy nature and privacy brought to perfection. The place is designed in the most beautiful way, with little details at every corner, with paintings, old vases and statues. The amount of relaxation you receive in this place is incredible. The host is very friendly and helpful, contributing to the best experience in terms of hospitality. You basically have your own private island and your own private beach with all the comfort of a high end hotel. While some people might be a little concerned with mosquitos, please note that a reasonable quality repeller will solve this for you. We tried the very best in Bora Bora, including the high end resorts with water bungalows. I can say that without our experience at Fare Ahuna, our trip to Bora Bora would have been so much less complete. Thank you Tea for everything that you built there, and with a humble salute, I thank you for allowing us to experience this glimpse of paradise.

One in a lifetime experience

You can't get more Robinson Crusoe feeling... it was by far one of the most special stays we have ever had. The view of Bora Bora, the solitude and the natural life. To sum it up: It was a dream and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tea, Tatiana and Jol

Nice experience in a Polynesian island

Quiet and basically private island. Very different experience from big resorts but we liked a lot being alone and having the facilities all for us. Tatiana also prepared a Polynesian dinner one night and was delicious. The staff (Joel and Tatiana) were super nice and attentive. They don't speak English so communication was better on WhatsApp.

Tea was exceptional with response time shes the absolute best, but it gets better you arrive and then you meet Jol and Tatiana which are the best if the best host!! Tea does her best to tell you how its going to be and its all true everything she tells you but it goes above and beyond that when you arrive. We cant wait to come back, the facility is everything a soul needs to escape! Its not you resort style stay so if you looking for that keep scrolling this is for the hippies and explorers at heart not saying you dont get resort style accommodations you just dont get the other folks around you!! I cant thank the entire team enough seriously, I wired Tea months in advanced and was kinda scared doing so not going to lie.. but it was the best decision Ive made to date for a stay out of the country and I WILL BE WIRING HER AGAIN!!!! Book this place if you want peace and tranquility with no one around except Tatiana and Joel and even then you can ask for them not to come over I guess, but thats be a huge mistake!! mauruuru and manuia, Kayne Cunagin

Absolutely spectacular!

The location is dreamy, the views spectacular. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The open air kitchen/dining area is so wonderfully perfect, full of small artist details throughout. One of our days here it poured down rain for most of the day, but we just sat and watched the water and enjoyed a lazy day. Incredible views everywhere you look. We had a paddle board and a 2-person kayak at our disposal, and when we needed to go back to the mainland, Joel took us back and waited for us. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back again if we ever get to return to beautiful Bora Bora!

You just need to remember that you are signing up to be in an open bungalow on a remote island in the middle of the South Pacific, so there are bugs, there are lizards, and there are stray dogs who will steal your food off the counter if you leave it unattended. You will be rewarded with an unforgettable experience!

Getaway to paradise

As the location makes you feel as an explorer, you como into the island (motu) by boat, and is extraordinary the environment while the boat approaches to the island. What's more, we were grateful doing shopping for ourselves in a smart way. So, we had to have in account the supplies for 4 days regarding our preferences and the limitations of the island. In addition, Joel and Tatiana were very nice hosts, as they were always attending our demands. Tip: we strongly recommend you to ask to Joel for his performance harvesting coconuts from the palm tree. But the most was the 5G wifi which works very well indoor and outdoor!!!

If you are open-minded, you need to make your own breakfast as there is no local waiter to do it for you. But, it is no drawback for enjoying the peacefulness of the island.
