Almost perfect

The villas were super stylish and clean and very spacious. The staff were super friendly and great music and atmosphere.

Bills do not include service and GST charge, which is about 26% more than the advertised price and thats a very sneaky and not very nice way to charge a customer.

As a family 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 6 and 8 years old), we have amazing time and unforgettable memories. Our villa host Bek is very helpful from beginning to end. It was our first time in Maldives, and we loved it. Hope to visit again.

Stayed in Water Villa & Beach Tented Villa, both were very nice, resturant food & staff were great, free bicycles to move around the island.

Villa host was incompetent, villa & watersport activities were a bit overpriced.

The hotel was very beautiful, but the place is an hour away from the airport, and there is an internal flight that stops at several stations and has one flight per day. Its time must be adhered to, even if the departure flight to the country is after long hours.

there where many mistakes, and after a 10-hour flight from an international flight to a seaplan flight, and hours of waiting, I expected to be welcomed, but several mistakes were made 1/ We were placed other villa not ours, and she asked us to sign, and after a long argument and confirmation of the reservation email, we were transferred to the villa that was booked by us. 2/ As a compensation, they informed us that the lunch was free, but it was included in the bill at checkout 3/ The insurance amount was taken from the Debit card, and this is the mistake of the assistant. They asked us for an additional amount, and that the amount be returned after 7 working days. After a long argument and discussion, the amount was taken from the insurance and sent after 7 days! 4/ We were sent to the airport at 3 o'clock, and our plane was at 9 o'clock in the evening. When we asked for a lounge to spend the waiting time, they asked 127 dollars for two people.
