I had to call 4 times to receive our luggage and 3 times for a cot. It came with no blankets and the hotel was out? I had to go to my car and grab my own. I expected a little better service for the price we paid

our stay is great and memorable. thank you!
location is perfect. the room is great for a couple. the bathroom is a little bit small. the atmosphere is wonderful. the staffs are friendly and helpful. one of the best hotels we ever used. like a castle.
the bathroom is a little bit small. there were NO bathrobes and slippers in our room. i had to go to the front desk to request the MISSING amenities. This is a 5 star hotel, house keeping staff SHOULD make it sure that ALL included amenities must be present for the guest who are willing to pay the price,

Central location, overviewing the Saint Laurent. Close to many restaurants and city landmarks. Excellent breakfast, although very expensive (50 $ per person).
The room was very small (16 m2) for a kindsize bed. Not enough space to open 2 large luggage. The attenant bathroom is 3 m2, and it is hard to sit on the toilet that is squizzed between the shower and the sink. During Christmas and New Year, the room is overpriced (1335 $ a night) and doesn't include free wifi. I found it petty to charge 16 $ a day to get wifi in the room. Moreover, the lobby is quite small for a hotel of this size and there are very few places to sit, in the middle of the many non-resident tourists coming to see the place.

The location was fantastic, right in the center of everything.
The AC is quite old and noisy (it's especially noticeable during the night).
