The hot water was not working upon our afternoon arrival and barely warm the next morning, but they did the right thing and adjusted the charges in a very fair way. We will return!

Front desk staff and breakfast room staff

Small problem of being assigned a room with large carpet dryers in it. It took a little while but front desk staff handled it. Seems it would gave been easier to assign us to an alternate room.

It had all the foods we like and the staff was very friendly! The staff works very hard to keep the area clean and well organized. The location is easy to locate.

Comfortable overnight stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. I had bicycles in my car so appreciated the underground, secure parking. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect to visit the downtown area beach and lots of close by stores and shops Service was pleasant from the very first moment with check in, the ladies that took care of breakfast area simply amazing. They greated each guest as they arrived. They kept the area filled and extremely clean. The entire hotel smelled so clean. The room was spacious and clean. Free covered parking, free Wi-Fi, and free hot breakfast!!! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed in a room facing the street and could hear all street noise each morning.
