Good location , good size rooms

Location is good , the breakfast amazing

The hotel front desk put us up , group of 8 with two children,on the fourth floor ( entire floor is smoking floor ) in smoking rooms , even though I had specifically requested them to allot me non smoking rooms , the hotel should not ,as a policy allot smoking rooms to families unless they specifically ask for smoking rooms. Wife had trouble breathing in the middle of the night , they apologised and they changed the room to a non smoking room

Poor

Pretty OK, but a bit disappointed.

The breakfast was great! The room was way below expectations and the price:value equation was way, way off. We have come to expect a far better standard from Fairfield. The upkeep of the hotel left a bit to be desired.

The upkeep could have been much better.
