Nothing. Booking .com you have to be very careful with the reviews. I book on the basis of reviews which I regret till date

the person on the desk was very rude . He was just worried about his money not customers. Rooms were untidy. We asked for warm water but was not provided. Neat to the hotel is unisex saloon where you can see call girls standing all the time. Reviews of the hotel are false please dont book base on reviews. Only hotel staff Arun was helpful. We had free breakfast in our package but breakfast was awful and not at all tasty. Breakfast was limited where you have to comprise on your hunger.

Not good values for money.

Spacious.

I booked a suite and when I went to the hotel, they said they couldnt find my booking. I had to rebook the room to superior room which was more expensive than the suite I booked for. Bathroom was dirty, no hot water, when I tried to turn the knob (for the water) when I wanted to shower, the knob came off. I would never come there. For the amount of money I paid, its very low quality.

Filthy, loud and not as advertised. Bed was comfortable.

Room was filthy, spent the first hour cleaning the surfaces. You should expect the area to be busy but there was exceptionally loud music every night that sounded like it was coming from a nightclub above me. The bathroom floor was covered in cigarette butts so cleaning clearly not a priority.

Nothing I liked abt this hotel.

1. Night duty Staff was very rude on 24 Oct morning, when I asked abt hotel telephone was kept side down to avoid attend any calls. I called some 10 times at reception and 5 times at restaurant. No one responded. 2. Surprisingly no mirror in room to get ready for ladies, which was unusual. 3. No tap water facility in bathroom for taking bath. 4. Bathroom was very unhygienic. 5. Morning every time, we ve to call the reception for hot water Geyser electric supply. Which I felt very unusual in such a 3 star hotel. 6. There was easy escape room kind or someone can enter the room easily. Which was bit insecure for me in spite of height. 7. Though I booked 2bed and one extra bed room. I was provided the 2bed room Which I felt not up to the mark of paying 2500 per day. Booking.com, pls keep this in mind for cheating by hotel staff. I didn't enquire much abt this, as I wasn't in mood for fight. 8. After coming to hotel, staff didn't inform about the welcome drink, but they said said to wait in restaurant till they make room ready. After going to room, they said free welcome drink was there. Which was unusual and I felt business mind people. 9. The morning hotel staff on 23 n 24 Oct, didn't ask me to give good feedback or even proper bill. But this happened wn I was doing checking, same person asked Some other leaving guest for good feedback and good gesture. I thought this was because I booked at low price from Booking. Com. 10. I will never recommend White klow hotel especially and also Fab hotels. 11. For 3 people breakfast they provided one plate, what idiocity. 12. Only 2 dim light's are there in whole room. No brightness in room. Which was rare n unusual.

Food was okay and the prices were reasonable!

The room was not cleaned properly, there were cockroaches in the room. One of the kitchen staff (a server in the night shift) seemed to be passing judgements (he had an annoying smile) when we ordered beer in the room because we were ladies!! The food tasted okay but we had to order it in our room only as the restaurant was not maintained properly...as soon as we entered the restaurant, a weird smell came across...the seats which were sofas were having holes in it... We spent a night and the next morning without AC as we didn't know that the main switch was handled at reception!! If you see that customers are back then at least you can turn it on? Why should customers call up every time to switch on the AC? Overall, I wouldn't prefer this if I had to visit Delhi again!!!
