Cleanliness, caring staffs and central location were highlights

Very friendly and caring staffs. Cleanliness is a highlight here. The working staffs make sure that every nook and corner of the hotel stays clean all the time. Very nice feeling staying here. There is a room service facility from the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food served was really delicious.

Rooms do not have any window but that is something which is a limitation due to the area and surrounding buildings. However, there is a balcony as well as a common sitting area on every floor which allows for some fresh air. Breakfast options were disappointing. Very limited options and they were also very trivial. No coffee ot tea served with breakfast without extra cost.

1) loud and noisy locality 2) only 2 breakfast options- puri bhaji and butter bread 3) small rooms- not worth the price 4) ac was not working

Clean nice hotel with good food.

Nice clean well maintained hotel with good food and staff.

I was told guests are not allowed in the rooms by one of the male reception staff even though the guests were my in-laws. I had to argue to get them to agree to let them visit the room.
