Average stay for a short duration at that price point and location but Id rather get an airy airbnb

One of the worst hotels we have stayed at.

The receptionist who was at the counter at checkin (a lady) was nice and friendly.

1. The bathroom door was mouldy all over. It was the mouldiest thing Ive ever seen in my life 2. Hot water didnt come out and we asked for help. They kept forgetting and we had to ask for help repeatedly, wait for a long time, wait for them to call the manager etc. While we were waiting for the manager, we were told we have to wait for the technician to come the next day. It was in the end a simple matter of having to run the water for a very long time. They couldve simply told us to do that instead of making us wait for 1-2 hours. 3. The room had a very strong smell of disinfectant or some sort of chemical. Overall, we expected a certain standard and thats why we chose an established chain (or what we thought was one). We travel frequently in India and around the world, but this was the worst experience we have had at a hotel.

Location of hotel. Central to indiranagar. Pubs were at walkable distance

They (FABHOTEL) changed my hotel last minute to another hotel. That place was not clean at all. It was cheaper and i had to fight with fabhotel to adjust the price accordinbly.after some hassel, they did it. Very unprofessional from fabhotel. Booking.com were very supportive.
