disappointed stay

its totally different as shown in pictures. We checked in late at night around 11pm and the cleanliness is horrible . Once entering the room white bedsheets and stains, hair, and looks awful. Upon calling the reception they came up and said it is clean and all the rooms are preety same . They change our room however it was dirty too . As it was only about few hours and with kid I stayed there and next morning we checkout .

Horrible, do not opt for this hotel.

there is nothing much to like about this property

this is not 1* property. reception staff was rude and tried to convince me that I dont have any booking. it took me 45 minutes to show all the proofs then they gave me a room.
