Location.

No room service (cleaning)done on all 3 days of stay. Had to ask for towel change then only it was provided No complimentary water was provided except first day. Had to remind them for Basic things which comes as complementary.

Decent place for a cheap price. You get what you paid for.

Staff is nice.

Cleanliness is not so spot on. Stains on bedsheet. Old pillows and blanket. Door is not working properly.

We reached the property and learnt that our booking was not confirmed as it was not paid in advance. In case bookings cant be confirmed without paying in advance, then why do you even offer this option in your website? We had to find an accommodation in the last minute. There was no help provided by the hotel staff.

They allowed us to checkout late which was really helpful for us . breakfast is ok and the location is very close to anjuna baga and vagator beaches

The property in the picture and the original one have many dissimilarities. service was okay .. Do not expect to get early checkin . Although they say they will provide bike rentals, dont just relay on them coz their bikes are subject to availability. rooms are ok .Toilets are ok but not cleaned properly . Overall is a good stay .

Good location Good food when ordered from the menu Friendly staff Good Wifi speed at the reception. Poor in the rooms

Breakfast has limited options and average taste. Ended up skipping breakfast for 2 out of 5 days I stayed there. Scooter rentals to be improved. Poor condition of vehicles are bought to guests. Pool is not very clean (leaves from the tree are there and not regularly cleaned). Rooms and property as shown in the pics are probably taken when it was new/renovated. Not very eye pleasing now and needs better upkeep from the management. A friend of mine had to change rooms twice as there were some uninvited guests (read insects) in the rooms.
