Location was excellent . Hotel was grand just few tweaks

Chewing gum stuck to mirror of bedroom. Batteries in remote control needed changing. Champagne cork on the floor, not from us. The carpet was cut to short on the bedroom floor. Housekeeping had a press right outside our room. But omg, speaking loudly in the hotel corridor at 8 am, i go away for a lie in not to be awoken. Thease are minor issues but simple

Extremely poor room conditions

The Bar looked newly updated. Nice bar. Had 2 drinks then staff started spraying the cleaning products at each other as it was quiet. Approx 11.10pm Time to leave then

I have stayed in many hotels around Ireland and the world. This is the worst room I have ever had. Carpet all marked stained and some parts ripped. 200 for two single beds that had not looked to been cleaned correctly or covers just reset after the last person. Room filthy walls stained. NEVER AGAIN!

Had a lovely time, location was perfect,right in the centre.Went for the Christmas markets

Breakfast was amazing,one of the best,if not the best,given in a hotel.Location perfect

Noise at night,lots of young people running around 3rd floor of hotel banging doors, shouting etc.Had to ring down to reception at 3 in the morning to get a member of staff up to stop it.Had child with us

Highly recommend for location and for the friendly welcoming atmosphere.

The location was ideal just literally at train station and within a short distance of everywhere. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Had something to eat on arrival which was delicious. The room was perfect and nice and warm and cosy.
