The Eurostars Torre Sevilla hotel offers almost perfect accommodations with spectacular views and spacious rooms. However, guests have noted some shortcomings, such as limited dining options with the (Read More) only restaurant opening at 20:30 and the top floor bar stopping serving snacks at 18:00. Some guests also experienced air conditioning troubles. Despite these issues, the reception staff is exceptional and the hotel offers easy parking and a quiet location. Downtown is a short walk away and there is a mall adjacent to the hotel. Overall, it comes highly recommended.

Very good

It's the second time we stay at this hotel. Their junior suites are nice and spacious. Unfortunately, during the first half of the stay we had some hiccups (spa bath not working, shower drainage not working etc) but we changed rooms and eventually it was ok. The location is good as you can reach on foot many of the tourist attractions.

Note that if you don't have breakfast in the room rate and, you just decide to go for breakfast one day (while willing of course to pay for it at check-out), you may be subjected to an intricate process where you have to wait for a staff member to check their lists, call the reception to provide information, get a receipt and be asked to sign it. If it's a very crowded breakfast, as in our case, the process can take around 15 minutes of your time which is unpleasant, especially if you have a hungry child in the group. None of us were allowed to sit until this administrative matter was sorted out.

Very enjoyable

Great location . Very friendly staff and really nice rooms. Overall a really good hotel.

The only thing I didnt like were the guests who stayed in 2320 and 2302 on our last night beside our room . They belonged in a zoo given the level of noise they made and their respective ages Absolutely unacceptable behaviour in a 5 star hotel . If it was a student hostel Id have said fair enough .

Possibly the best experience we have had in a hotel. Each member of the team seem to enjoy their job and offered 100% support. Juanma on reception excelled. The food at dinner was outstanding and David our waiter was very knowledgeable. Breakfast was well presented. The maitre d first asked about how we slept and was our room as expected. Then took time to find us tge correct table. Parking was excellent
