Rooms are spacious.

Room furniture is visibly old and run down. Its a bit strange that housekeeping misses days and forgets to put basic things like towels, soap and toilet paper. Happened to me on three different occasions. No bottled water is provided in the room and you have to resort to room service at quite a high price

- the wardrobe doors were very stiff and hard to slide them open/close. - the breakfast was very decant. - the sofa arm was very dirty. - no complementary water bottle is provided. - very poor in room facilities. - no foreign new channels, Arabic/English. - the room air-condition was not efficient.

Disappointing

The staff in the restaurant were very nice, helpful and accommodating with dietary needs.

Rooms were dirty, particularly the floors. Feet ended up black. Reception staff extremely rude, no manners.

Overall, it was not a satisfying stay

Location and Free Parking.

1. Breakfast was not upto the mark. During breakfast, staff is not caring about any empty dishes and things need to be refilled. Overall less options for breakfast. 2. Air Conditioning is very poor in the rooms, veey low speed and ineffective temperature control. 3. Tissues not available in rooms 4. Muslim shower not available in washrooms.

A great hotel with lovely staff!

A great hotel! Clean and brautifully decorated, big rooms, access to gym and rooftop pool, a generous breakfast and lovely staff! We had a lovely stay!

Disappointing

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The first rooms given were in very bad condition - sticky floors, a bathroom door that wouldn't shut, and windows that were disgusting with marks all over. The sofa in the room was broken and looked very unclean. After requesting a room change, I was shocked to find that all three of the rooms I had booked had similar problems. However, the worst part of my stay was the staff's attitude. The reception staff were incredibly rude and abusive. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, primarily due to the managers' attitudes, namely Fadoua and Fedwa. My stay was marred by their lack of professionalism and the deplorable condition of the rooms. We left a night before our scheduled stay as we were so dissatisfied with the staff and management. Only 1 towels was provided for 2 people we made many requests but they were ignored. Towels werent changed just refolded and placed back. On one of the nights we had a takeaway and I picked up the rubbish and asked the manager if I could place in the hotel dustbin. He advised they had none and told me to place in a bin down the road at midnight. The experience was horrific. Such bad service.

The Location is good on the outskirts of Casablanca closest to the Airport with a TRAM stop close to the Hotel and several restaurants close by if you want an alternative to the Hotel

Wifi signal is poor, at the desk area provided the mobile would often disconnect and at the bed would struggle to connect at all. I suspect this varies from room to room as the wifi hub appears to be in the corridor outside the room 1 room down the corridor from the room I was in.

The bed was big and comfy

The pool was shocking for 4 stars. Ladder down to water is broke, dirty, one umbrella for about 10 beds but was all rusted and broke. Booked the property due to the pool and couldnt even use it :( Sofa was really uncomfortable Very noisy outside as close to motorway
